I’m Holly.

A Manchester-based product designer with 11+ years of experience working across a wide range of industries and company sizes – from hundred year old financial corporations through to rapidly expanding start-ups, and bootstrapped non-profits.

I pride myself in my versatility. My skills span user research, UX, product design, and service design. This gives me a holistic view of how digital experiences and services come together, allowing me to solve problems at speed.

  • Holly played a pivotal role in the Goldman Sachs - Marcus application discovery work. Her meticulous analysis of the existing product backlog and the organisation of the accessibility violations into a prioritised Miro board helped accelerate the creation and estimation of a Slalom squad backlog with ticket estimation, whilst also providing a brilliant visual aid for presenting the complexity of the remediation work back to the client.
